Johan Edfors has played on the European Challenge Tour until 2003 when he ranked first. Then he became the first Qualifying School graduate to win three times in the following season on the European Tour in 2006 when he won the TCL Classic in China, the Quinn Direct British Masters and the Barclays Scottish Open. He finished this amazing season ranked tenth of the European Tour Order of Merit. He had consistent seasons on the European Tour with two top 10 finishes in 2007, four in 2008 and three top 5 finishes leading up to September in 2009.

Johan belongs to a new breed of golfers; he is a very athletic golfer and has a special coach dedicated to look after his physique. He consistently ranks as one of the longest hitters on the European Tour and in the world.
